E-Squared helps growing and regulated organisations improve operational control and scalability.
We work with the people who lead, perform and understand critical work to make it visible, define how it should operate and establish the responsibilities, controls and management information needed to manage it effectively.
The result is not another report or a static process library. It is a practical operating system that people can use, managers can see and the organisation can maintain as it grows or its regulatory requirements change.
From understanding the problem to implementing the solution
1. You complete the Scalability Self-Assessment
Your leadership team begins by completing the free Scalability Self-Assessment.
It provides an initial directional view of where informal working, inconsistent processes, limited visibility or dependency on individuals may be affecting operational control and scalability.
We then discuss the results with you and determine whether further investigation is required.
2. We define the required processes with your team
If you decide that further investigation is required we then work with your managers, process owners and subject-matter experts to establish how critical work should operate.
Together, we:
- Define the critical process.
- Clarify ownership and responsibilities.
- Establish effective controls.
- Identify the information managers need.
- Make operational knowledge accessible.
- Connect processes to relevant systems, evidence and requirements.
3. We implement the Critical Process Management System
E-Squared converts the agreed processes, responsibilities, controls and management information into a practical Critical Process Management System.
This gives your organisation one visible and trusted reference for how critical work should operate and be managed.
4. We transfer ownership to your organisation
We train your managers and process owners to use, maintain and develop the system.
Your organisation then owns the system and can keep it current as the business grows, its operations change or regulatory requirements develop.
